Adding penalties or bonuses

Adding adjustements, penalties or bonuses

From the earnings page of any model, you can add 3 types of adjustments:

  • Bonuses - used for bonusing the model, either for winning contests (internal or from websites) or other types (like loyalty, etc)
  • Penalties - for deducting earnings if the model breaks your internal regulations or w/e
  • Manual adjustments - positive or negative values, for various things like taxes or w/e

User interface for adding bonuses/penalties/etc

From the model's periodical earnings page, after the daily earnings table:

Zona in care gasim informatiile despre bonusuri sau penalizari
Zona in care gasim informatiile despre bonusuri sau penalizari

The line marked in yellow states that there are no adjustments for the model.

But the button on top of it "Adauga o noua ajustare (EN: add a new adjustment)" will open a pop-up dialog, from which you can add a manual adjustment, or a bonus or a penalty:

Fereastra adaugare bonusuri, penalizari sau ajustari manuale
Fereastra adaugare bonusuri, penalizari sau ajustari manuale

Adding bonuses or penalties

In order to understand the system, I will iterate a few scenarios, from which you can inspire yourself, to understand the usage:

  • Usecase example: Bonuses for contests run inside the studio. Let's assume that in that period, your studio runs an internal motivational contest. Let's say that you will reward all models with more than 100 hours, with 100$ as a bonus. For such a case, you will have to:
    • choose the BONUS option from the first list (please chose a type)
    • in field 2 (adjustment value) input value 100 (because the value of the bonus is 100$)
    • in field 3 (percentage of adjustemen) leave it at 100 (because you will reward the model 100% of the 100$)
    • in field 4 (description) put a descriptive text. For eg: "Congrats! For working more than 100 hours, you won a bonus of 100$"
    • After pressing "ADD", the earnings page will reload, and will look similar to the one bellow:
    • Image

  • Usecase example: Bonus a certain percentage from the video conteste on LiveJasmin. Let's assume that you sign a deal with the model that, from whatever the prize won, 50% belongs to the model, and 50% to the studio. Let's assume that the prize won is worth 5000$, so:
    • choose BONUS
    • in field 2 (adjustment value) input 5000
    • in field 3 (percentage) change text value to 50
    • in field 4 (description) a text like "Congrats. According to our agreement (signed on 05th january 2017, series XC223), you won 50% of the jasmin prize (in total of 5000$), worth of 2500$ your share. Yupii"
    • After pressing "ADD", the earnings page will reload, and will look similar to the one bellow:
    • Image
    • As you will see, the panel did the math automatically... 2500 for model, etc.

  • Usecase example: penalty a specific percentage from model's earnings, because she broke a rule in the regulations. For the sake of this example, let's suppose you have an internal rule something like this: "All models that stay online less than XX hours, will be penalized 30% of their earnings". For such a scenario, you will:
    • choose PENALTY
    • in field 2 (adjustment value) input the model's revenue, already calculated at her percentage (in our case, 1719.87 USD). So input value of 1719.87
    • in field 3 (percentage) change the text to 30 (% of the amount written above, which is 1719.87)
    • in field 4 (description) write a note like "We're sorry but, according to article X from internal regulations, because you stayed online less than XX hours, we'll apply a penalty of 30% from your revenue."
    • After pressing "ADD", the earnings page will reload, and will look similar to the one bellow:
    • Image
    • As you can see, the panel already computed the value of the penalty, according to the percentage given (30%) to the amount of 515.96$. The total value of earnings of the model was recalculated automatically (it was aproximately 17000 ron) to a new value of 15102 lei. And all the math was done automatically and transparently.

Manual adjustments

Similar to bonuses or penalties, this is to be used for when the adjustment has reasons that are not "bonuses" nor "penalties", but something else... like taxes or whatever. So, take care of the numbers, because:

  • a positive number - will be added to the model's revenue
  • but a negative number - will be substracted from the model's revenue
